However, it is important to note that a car is required as the road is not lighted, making walking a safety concern. While it is a bit far away from the main attractions and restaurants, the more quiet part of the island is appreciated for its serenity. It is important to note that services are a bit far and the price tag is a bit high. Although, the location is perfect for those seeking silence away from the chaos of big cities. Despite being a little bit far from the city center, La Ponta Villas & Suites provides a lovely remote place with sea views, approximately a 30-minute drive from Fira and the airport.
