Originally for adjoining workers cottages. Each cottage had downstairs kitchen with two rooms at street level.

Property was built during a period of expansion in the region and labour was scarce.
Is the property surrounded by other historic buildings?
We are located in central Albany which has many preserved historic buildings.
Has restoration work taken place?
The outdoor remains original whilst rooms have updated bathrooms, kitchens etc
Are there any elements of particular historical importance at the building?
The building is one of few built on the street with doors opening onto footpath.
