The resort has two lagoon outdoor pools, one indoor heated lap pool and spa and pool areas to relax around. The pools and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained with the pool area being particularly nice. Despite some guests finding the pools to be cold, many enjoyed the perfect temperature of the pool and the sparkling water. Some guests particularly loved the pool areas and utilised them during their stay. However, some also found it hard to find a place at the pool without children running around and suggested the need for more chairs and big umbrellas for shade. Guests also enjoyed the fact that there is a bar and restaurant on site. Though some felt the bar served not so nice food, others thought it was awesome.
