It's worth noting that some locals wash their bait buckets in the pool shower daily, though this doesn't seem to detract from overall enjoyment of the pool. Overall, this small and friendly hotel offers good facilities, meals and cocktails while allowing guests to take advantage of their own outdoor pool outdoors or in the shade.

Guests enjoyed the outdoor pool, private pool and children's pool, as well as the pool on the roof with a fantastic ocean view. The pool areas were well organized and the staff was professional and well-trained. However, some guests noted that the pool areas needed more options for umbrellas and shade and the pool needed cleaning at times. Despite this, the general pool area and village feel are huge bonuses to this resort. Guests loved ordering drinks and food at the pool bar and some even mentioned that the historic pool was a sight to see. The only downside was the constant queue at reception due to the hotel being a COVID hotel and high guest turnover. Overall, The Crane Resort is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a spacious and well-organized recreational area with lovely pools.

Though the pool bar was closed due to Covid, the outdoor pool and lovely pool area made for a great ambience. Staff around the pool can be understaffed at times, but that doesn't deter guests from enjoying the Bonita decoración y piscinas. Overall, the pool and direct access to the beach make it an ideal location for soaking up the sun and relaxing.
