While there were a few negative comments about the valet at check-in, the overall quality of the staff is unmatched. The Concierge staff are outstanding and incredibly helpful, although guests had mixed experiences with the front desk staff. Overall, the staff at this hotel is phenomenal and ensures that every guest feels like their #1 priority.

Guests rave about the treatment they receive from the moment they step in the door with special mentions for the front desk, valet and shuttle drivers. They make sure every guest feels like their #1 priority. Even the restaurant staff, such as Rachel and Kristin, are a delight to be around; friendly, warm and wonderful human beings. The staff that handles the car is also excellent, ensuring guests' needs are met to the highest standard. While there were a few negative comments about the valet at check-in, the overall class of the hotel's staff is unmatched. The Concierge staff are outstanding and incredibly helpful, although guests had mixed experiences with the front desk staff. However, the occasional negative remarks were overshadowed by an overwhelmingly positive feedback.
