The atmosphere is wonderful and the facilities and rooms are of good quality for the price you are paying. Although the wines were not perfect, the overall experience was amazing from start to finish. The property is on a very large estate surrounded by beautiful vineyards. It's a 5-star hotel without any ostentatiousness or arrogance and definitely worth the stay. However, the staff needs to improve their training for a luxury 5-star hotel service. Despite these minor downsides, the hotel remains a luxurious place that should provide the services and amenities of that level to maintain its 5-star luxury rating.
