The hotel deserves its 5-star status with executive rooms that were exceptional and provided all the amenities expected of a 5-star hotel. The hotel is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, luxurious stay including outdoor and indoor pools, spa, wellness and fitness centers. The variety and quality of the breakfast and dinner selection was 5-star. However, some guests found the rooms were not as clean as expected for a 5-star hotel and there were some issues with service quality, such as cold food and lack of free bottled water. Despite these small issues, guests were very happy with the hotel and, overall, they said that the hotel was excellent, beautiful and one of the top 5-star hotels they had ever been to. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, although it is located in an area that is far from the city center. Luckily, a frequent bus service makes up for this. Additionally, if the hotel did not have ocean views, some guests might have rated it lower. The only thing that could make this hotel better would be to improve the small points mentioned to match the price tag of a 5-star hotel.
