The ghost of Seth Bullock, the original owner of Bullock Hotel, is said to haunt the hotel, as it has been sighted by quite a few guests and members of the staff. Apart from the strong paranormal presence he emanates, he sometimes taps guests on the shoulders or whistles in the hallways when no one else is around. Guests have also reported electrical appliances being turned on and off on their own, plates and glasses shaking for no apparent reason and also being thrown around the rooms.
