Guests specifically mentioned the amazing Ifrah and Mogue at the reception as well as Mutaz, Souleikha, Nouh and Ayanleh for making their stay a great experience. The staff is also described as extremely friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction, making sure that even the smallest requests are met. However, some guests complained about the guards at the main door not being particularly nice and one guest mentioned being asked if they had a room despite already staying for 8 days.
