Guests rave about the excellent facilities and services, including the comfortable and relaxing stay, great staff and incredible customer service. The price is also very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional quality of the hotel. While some guests were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the reservation, overall the experience was exceptional and many would stay at the Sheraton Presidente again.
