Guests have had an amazing experience and have called the hotel exceptional, superb and perfect. The hotel has a significant monument in Erbil and the staff are fantastically helpful. While some guests found the rooms a little small for a 5 star hotel, others have stated that it's better than other Divan hotels such as Istanbul, Mersin and Bodrum. The only area that some guests have suggested for improvement is the food. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended because of its exceptional facilities and services.
