Ingagi Park View Lodge boasts of an incredibly friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. The cheerful front desk staff, attentive waiter and bar staff make the place so special. Guests have highlighted the personal welcome from the hotel manager and the staff’s willingness to accommodate all their requests. The hotel's staff even cleaned guests' muddy shoes and socks after a day's hiking! The staff also demonstrate a kind and helpful spirit, making guests feel at home. Guests have sung praises to various staff members who made their stay unforgettable, including Mr. Bosco, Mr. Herbert, Ms. Priscilla and Mr. Vincent. Visitors were impressed with how the staff graciously and efficiently assisted with transport and activities at the National Park. The lodge staff are not only nice with clear communications, but also very hospitable and friendly, as noted by guests who speak German and Dutch.
