The location of Golden Rose Suites is indeed great with less than two hours away from the best beaches and a mere 30 minutes from Chania Old Town. The choice of great restaurants is also incredible with taverns serving delicious food nearby. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the western part of the island with good connections to other towns and close to the bus stop. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city noise and crowds, there are several beaches nearby. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the big tourist complexes and still be close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but is still central for visits with plenty of magnificent things to see or do within an hour's drive, like the lagoon of Balos.
