While some guests mentioned that housekeeping could be better for a 5-star hotel, the overall experience was exceptional. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is excellent. There are services valued by guests such as being able to buy bottled water. The hotel is a great value and there are no hidden fees. The only downside is that the hotel requested $40 to have the sofa bed set up. All in all, it is an unforgettable experience and a wonderful, amazing and luxury hotel to stay in Las Vegas.
