Guests were impressed with the location, rooms and food - all things you expect from a top-rated hotel. Although some guests felt that the hotel needs to upgrade their TV and air conditioning systems and remove the carpets to maintain their five-star rating, this did not detract from the exceptional stay experience. However, there were a few negative reviews stating that the hotel did not meet their standards for a five-star rating and that breakfast was poor. Despite this, the majority of guests felt the hotel was worth every penny and highly recommended it with many using positive phrases such as "exceptional," "superb," and "excellent."
