There were mixed reviews on the staff at the water park with some finding them rude or inconsistent with height requirements, but others had a great experience with the friendly staff. It's worth noting that some guests had issues with their rooms, either with noise from thin walls or lack of a water park view after paying for it. However, overall the water park seems to be a great attraction for families staying at the hotel, especially for younger children.
