Some guests paid for a daybed rental to sit by the pool which was very comfortable and had a better view than their room. Others found it hard to access the pool, but facilities such as the spa made up for it. Some guests found the pool and hot tub to be excellent facilities. However, the pool was a little dated and others found that it closed too early at 7 pm. There was also a smoking area too close to the pool and some loud, party groups by the pool. The pool area lacked sitting space, while others found that the pool was too small and over-crowded with kids jumping in and out. Despite these criticisms, guests seem to be very impressed with the overall pool experience, describing the pool as nice and the bar staff were commended for their service.
