The front desk staff is professional and courteous, always ready to help with navigating the resort and surrounding area. Even amidst the Covid restrictions, the staff does its best to meet guest needs while following safety protocols. While there were a couple of negative experiences, on the whole, the staff is friendly and accommodating- a fantastic representation of Marriott!
