The location is perfect for families since it's close to the zoo and downtown area where kids can play. Despite the hotel having only 20 parking spots for a 90 room hotel, the free parking and convenient location make it an easy choice. Although the area isn't very walkable, the hotel is easy to find and provides a good price, great location and an overall positive vibe. It's a convenient location to access all of Omaha and somewhat close to CHI Health Center.
