The spa banyak menyediakan servisi yang memuaskan, from the modernen Wellnessbereich to the innombrables soins proposés. The great spa area also boasts belle piscine and due piscine termali con acqua calda da starci dentro a lungo senza sentire freddo e con idromassaggio. The reparto piscine is also organized, clean and silent, which allows for complete relaxation. Guests were blown away by the facilities with one even describing it as wunderbare Spa-Anlage with viel Flair und einen tollen Spa Bereich. All in all, the SPA, curatenia, personalul, cortesia del personale e naturalmente terme e spa and staff provided an ottima esperienza that exceeded all expectations.

However, it was disappointing that the sauna and steam room were closed and the spa and Turkish bath on the lower floor were not accessible without an elevator. It was suggested to book an extra spa day-entry in advance, as the treatments were often fully booked. Nevertheless, the temperature of the spa was perfect and the size of the thermal pools was impressive. The spa is a true gem and many guests recommended it for a few days of relaxation. The outdoor pools are large and clean and the indoor pool is small but comfortable. The only downside was that the spa area closed too early, according to some guests. Overall, the spa and thermal pools were well worth a visit and the staff took great care in ensuring the area was clean and well-maintained.
