During my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the penthouse suite which was amazing and the room service was on point. I cannot express how much I loved everything about the property. The room was clean, modern and had everything that I needed. It was honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. However, it's worth noting that this hotel is not your average 4-star property. It definitely exceeds that level with ease. If you're looking for a truly luxurious experience, The Westin Phoenix Downtown is the perfect choice. Don't let the price tag deter you - this is not an average Holiday Inn Express.
