The staff are friendly and provide excellent service with the bellhops and valet parking attendants being particularly nice. The comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms are perfectly situated. The pool grill server, Kevin, is also very sweet. Although some rooms may have internet issues, the maintenance staff quickly resolves them. The bathrooms are beautiful and the ocean views are spectacular. While some guests have had poor experiences with the front lobby staff, The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a four-star hotel with a perfect beach location.

The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach is a beautiful hotel with excellent hospitality and very clean facilities. Its ideal location right on the beach provides guests with breathtaking ocean views. The restaurant serves a phenomenal dinner with a perfect dessert and the food is great overall. The staff are great and provide great service with the bell hops and vale' parking guys being particularly nice. The beds are comfortable and the gorgeous rooms are well located. The pool grill server Kevin is also very sweet. Although the internet in some rooms might not work, the maintenance man quickly comes to reset it. The bathroom is beautiful and the view of the ocean is spectacular. However, the front lobby staff could use more customer service training, as some guests have had poor experiences with them. Despite this, The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach is an overall fantastic choice for anyone looking for a four-star hotel with a perfect beach location.
