Experience the lavishness of The St. Anthony, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Antonio by staying in their immaculate and impeccably decorated rooms. The comfortable beds will help you enjoy a restful sleep, providing the perfect escape from busy days spent exploring the city. The picturesque views from the rooms will leave you in awe of your surroundings and the speedy room service will ensure that all your needs are met quickly. The hotel’s lobby is beautifully re-done while still maintaining its historic charm and the rooms are spacious and elegant, making you feel like royalty. However, there were a few downsides, such as the lack of in-room amenities like safes or minibars, non-refreshed toiletries and non-functioning phones. Moreover, there was no option for self-parking and dining during the middle of the day, short ironing boards and no view for junior suites. Additionally, there were frequently loud elevator noises, lack of refrigerators in any of the rooms, no ice machines on the individual floors, issues with the bathroom’s cleanliness and dust accumulation and no coffee machine and trash liners in-suite rooms. Despite these shortcomings, The St. Anthony promises its guests a luxurious and comfortable experience.

They are always ready to assist you with anything and everything, making sure your overall experience is nothing short of perfect. The rooms look beautiful and have great views and room service is quick. The hotel staff is friendly, courteous and always treat you with respect. The front desk team is particularly noteworthy for being helpful and making your check-in experience smooth. The valets are terrific and the concierge Jeff is polite and knowledgeable about the city. While there were a few isolated complaints about valet service, overall, it's an excellent experience worth indulging in!
