There was a variety of choices such as oatmeal, bacon, sausages, jams, honey, cereals and various breads. The Starbucks coffee was perfect and the healthy options were appreciated. Some guests mentioned that the breakfast could use more variety in hot foods and more vegetable and fresh fruit options. Other guests were disappointed in the limited breakfast offering and some even suggested a rework of the breakfast offerings. Despite some complaints of rubbery and stale eggs, overall the breakfast was described as excellent or very good. The round-the-clock availability of coffee was also a popular bonus. Due to COVID protocols, some guests felt the breakfast could have been better, but nevertheless, it was a nice option to have.

Beds
Welcome to the Homewood Suites by Hilton-Seattle Convention Center-Pike Street! A hotel with a great location, spacious and well-equipped kitchens and most importantly, comfortable beds. Our guests have had some amazing sleeps with many describing our beds as super comfortable. While there were some guests that found the mattresses a bit too soft or too hard, overall, we have received overwhelmingly positive comments about our beds. However, we acknowledge that some of our sofa beds need some updating as guests mentioned feeling the springs and metal legs poking out. We regret that some guests did not get the room they paid for, but we assure you that we are working hard to deliver the best experience for our guests. We do take comments about old furniture, shabby towels and small bedding seriously and take steps to update them as needed. We hope to welcome you soon and provide you with a good night's rest on our comfortable beds!

However, the majority of guests were satisfied with the housekeeping services and the general cleanliness of the hotel. The hallways and common areas were clean and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and well-kept. The gym was also well-maintained. The front desk staff goes out of their way to ensure that guests have everything they need and the ladies who run the front desk are always willing to help with any questions. The staff is extremely polite, very nice and super cool, even accommodating requests above and beyond. Guests praise the staff for being compassionate, responsive and trying their best despite the staffing shortage and stress due to the pandemic and excessive heat. Breakfast is excellent and the cleaning staff is thorough, although one guest mentioned that the cleaning staff arrived too early. However, one woman at the front desk did not provide quarters for guests to buy and another receptionist tried to charge for a late check-out. The positive and friendly staff, along with the location, room and services provided, make Homewood Suites by Hilton-Seattle Convention Center-Pike Street a five-star experience.
Pool
The Homewood Suites by Hilton-Seattle Convention Center-Pike Street has a great outdoor heated pool and spa. Unfortunately, during some visits the pool area was closed, which was disappointing for those looking forward to a swim. Keep in mind that the pool is on the smaller side and the jacuzzi has a strong chlorine scent, but overall it's a nice addition to the hotel amenities.

Some visitors found it expensive while others found it tight and difficult to navigate. However, there were positive mentions of free parking and the option to park up the hill at a cheaper rate.
