Nestled deeper in the canyon near many of the trailheads, this resort provides a unique 360 view of the red rocks all around you. While it may be a little far out of town, the resort is centrally located and there are great hiking and biking trails to access right from the grounds. The location is perfect for those looking for a spiritual and surreal experience, given its proximity to the national forest and major vortex. The views of the canyons are truly spectacular and the landscape setting is simply beautiful. Many guests note that the resort is in one of the most beautiful parts of the Sedona wilderness. With exclusive location and views that only this resort can offer, you may never want to leave its secluded canyon paradise. The staff and facilities at Enchantment also contribute to its charm, making it the most amazing place to stay in Sedona.

Guests can choose from three different restaurants on the property, each offering delicious food. Che Ah Chi is a standout with many reviews describing it as excellent. Although some guests found the food prices exorbitant, they still enjoyed the delicious food. However, a few negative reviews mentioned long wait times and poor service. Additionally, some guests experienced issues with off-site dinner reservations. Despite these drawbacks, the on-site restaurant is excellent and the concierge is helpful in addressing any dining concerns. Though some wish for more outdoor dining options, Enchantment's dining experience is sure to satisfy any foodie's cravings.

The rooms are beautifully appointed with a cozy kitchen, fireplace and gorgeous large bathroom and many offer spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. While some guests experienced issues with bugs and cleanliness, most found their rooms to be beautiful and very clean with refined decoration and a variety of options, including casita-type rooms that blend seamlessly into the natural environment. And although a few reviewers pointed out that certain features could be improved, like more outlets or a renovation/upgrades, the majority of guests felt that the rooms were excellent and some of the best they had experienced. Finally, the exclusive location of the hotel ensures that guests can enjoy peaceful and quiet surroundings, along with amazing views from their rooms or any of the resort's dining or pool areas.

Ashley and her team of conscientious concierges were also wonderful, making sure that guests' needs are met. However, there were a few incidents where the service did not meet the guests' expectations, but the management showed concern and took action to remedy the situation. Despite the occasional service hiccups, Enchantment continues to be a top choice for travelers, thanks to its beautiful property, great location, amazing activities and most importantly, its outstanding and hospitable staff.
Enchantment's spa has received high praise from guests, who have described receiving great massages and exceptional spa treatments. Despite currently undergoing renovation, the spa still offers excellent spas and amenities. Some guests did note that the spa is dated, but this is balanced out by its beautiful pool and meditation room. While the spa was advertised as open, some guests had difficulty securing appointments and contacting staff. The pool and spa were beautiful and the overall atmosphere was exclusive and relaxing. However, note that some guests reported a lack of resources and difficulty getting towels and service. The pool bar food didn't receive the best reviews, but with all of the other amazing amenities at this resort, that's a minor issue. All in all, the pool is definitely worth checking out during your stay at Enchantment.
