What is the history of the property?
The hotel was created by the union of the two ancient buildings that in the past were the houses of the servants working at Villa Claudia belonging to the marquis Dal Pozzo.
The name Casali della Cisterna comes from the family name of the princess Luisa Dal Pozzo della Cisterna, who in 1827 received the villa as a wedding gift by her future husband Ferdinando Arborio.
