If you're looking for a hotel with a stunning view of the Matterhorn, then CERVO Mountain Resort is the perfect choice. Guests have raved about the outstanding location, calling it terrific and amazing. You'll love being close to the slopes and lifts with some rooms just above the lift to the ski area. The ski-in/ski-out option is highly convenient and much appreciated. The hotel is easily accessible both by foot and public transportation. The decor is beautiful and there are plenty of food choices available. Some guests have appreciated the shuttle service that picked them up from the train station. Overall, the location of this hotel is simply amazing and unforgettable.

Breakfast

The NOMAD S lacked basic amenities and the roof L Zimmer did not live up to the advertised view. Additionally, some guests found the rooms to be small and lacking in storage space. Despite some of these issues, the charm and attention to detail of the rooms and the hotel as a whole make for a beautiful and memorable stay.

The après-ski scene is lively with live music and the highly recommended l’After-ski de Zermatt. The hotel offers ski rooms, as well as an elevator directly to the Sunnega Talstation and is just at the bottom of the slopes for a genuine ski-in experience. However, some guests did experience difficulty with the elevator maintenance and long wait times for ski lift seating on busy days. Additionally, the property offers a free shuttle to the train station, but guests with electric vehicles may perhaps face challenges with the current infrastructure.
