Many guests have had Very good experiences here, finding their stays to be smooth and awesome. In addition, the hotel provides a delightfully relaxing holiday ambiance that adds to the experience. Practicality meets comfort here with convenient and comfortable facilities available to guests. Some guests found the hotel to be a tad pricey, but still a very good option. Though some felt that the rooms could use a renovation and appear old and tired looking, most felt that their stay was decent and pleasant. With all that said, there were some guests who were a bit disappointed in their experience and could not wait to leave. Nonetheless, overall most guests found The Westin Galleria Dallas to be a good place to stay.
