However, some guests found that the children's play area was disappointing. Additionally, if you or your family members have mobility challenges or require a wheelchair, unfortunately, the hotel does not have ramps from the outside to the beach. The rooms are generally great, but some found them not spacious enough for a family room, or the fact that there's only one lift might be challenging when travelling with kids and a buggy. Nevertheless, the staff at the hotel are fantastic with kids and even recognised and made a fuss of one guest's 2-year-old son. Finally, a previous guest managed to arrange for a room with separate access to the main hotel when bringing their dog. Overall, Ocean Sands Hotel is a perfect place for a family holiday and worth a return visit.
