Children especially loved the child-friendly pool, which was perfect for them. Some guests did note that there was far too much chlorine in the jacuzzi, whilst others mentioned that the pool was dirty or had some maintenance issues. Nevertheless, many guests still enjoyed the pool and spa facilities which were great and the location and pool were both seen as positives. Families did, however, note that there were no family changing rooms at the pool. Overall, guests enjoyed the clean facilities and quick check-in and check-out process, as well as the friendly staff on hand.
